With over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources Technology start-up sector, Scott has led growth, go-to-market, and corporate development strategies for venture-backed organizations, reporting directly to founders and CEOs. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in scaling businesses, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering high-performing teams.
As he approached retirement in late 2024, an unexpected opportunity emerged—one that reshaped his path. He was called to step into a leadership role at 180 Chicago Church for the Elk Grove campus, a transition that reinforced the truth that while people make their own plans, God often has a different purpose in mind.
Today, Scott serves as the Northwest Campus Director, where he oversees people support and growth strategies. His focus is on fostering both spiritual and numerical growth, building strong communities, and guiding individuals in their faith journey.
