Volunteer Day

Join us as we put our faith into action and serve our community! Our Young Professionals group will be spending a day volunteering at Pacific Garden Mission, one of Chicago's largest homeless shelters.

This is a great opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives, serve alongside fellow young professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing our city's homeless population.

Let's come together to serve our community and live out our call to be the hands and feet of Christ in Chicago!

What we'll be doing:

• Assisting the kitchen team in preparing meals

• Serving lunch to shelter residents

• Helping with post-lunch cleanup

What to wear:

• Comfortable, casual clothes you don't mind getting dirty

• Closed-toe shoes

• Long pants (required for kitchen work)

What to bring:

• Water bottle

• Positive attitude and serving heart!
